- Bunch of fresh basil
- ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 oz. Agave syrup
- Dash extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Place basil and lemon into a cocktail shaker.
- Gently muddle the lemon and. Add agave syrup, olive oil and gin and top up with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass.
- Add ice and garnish with a sprig of basil.

- 1 oz. White rum (such as Thrasher's)
