This cocktail from Valerie in New York combines shochu and cachaça.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Novo Fogo bar strength cachaça
- 1 oz. iichiko Saiten shochu
- ¾ oz. Pear juice
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- ½ oz. Ginger syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small shaker tin.
- Fill with ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice into double rocks glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated pear and candied ginger.
