House-made tepache
tepache is a beverage made from fermented pineapple peels that’s popular in Mexico

Vida mezcal

oz.
Ginger syrup

oz.
Lime juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake to chill and dilute (carefully because tepache has carbonation).
Strain into Collins glass with house tajin on the rim.
Garnish with a pineapple frond.
