- 1 oz. Patrón Silver tequila
- 1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz. Hibiscus tea
- ¾ oz. Beet juice
- ½ oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
For salted rose air (optional)
- 4 oz. Water
- 2 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ tsps. Sucro ½ tsps.
- Maldon salt ½ Rose water
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Using an immersion blender or hand blender, mix until bubbles form. Carefully spoon on top of the drink.
