- 1 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i coconut rum
- 1 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i spice rum
- ¼ oz. Melon liqueur
- 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
- ½ oz. Sweet and sour
- ½ oz. Pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in glass with ice.
Stir with bar spoon.
Top with fresh ice as needed.
Garnish with rainbow belt and whipped cream.
