Here are a few of our favorite seasonal cocktails designed to help warm winter’s chill.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Don Papa rum
- ½ oz. Spiced cranberry-pomegranate honey syrup
- 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz. Lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint sprig.

- 2 oz. Peg Leg Porker Bourbon
- ½ oz. Creme de banana
- ½ oz. Simple syrup
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Heavy cream
- Egg white
- Soda water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker with 2 ice cubes.
- Shake hard and strain.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a candied banana slice.

- 1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 rum
- 1 ½ oz. Red wine cabernet sauvignon works well
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Orange liqueur
- ½ oz. Cinnamon simple syrup
- ⅛ oz. Absinthe optional
- 1 ½ oz. Sparkling wine
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice.
- Double strain into a coupe or cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise, grated nutmeg and an orange peel.

- 2 oz. Nonino L’Aperitivo
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Sparkling wine
- 1 Fig sliced
Instructions
- Combine ingredients (except sparkling wine) in cocktail shaker.
- Muddle fig, add ice and shake.
- Fine strain into stemmed glass over ice and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme, lemon wheel and slice of fig.

- 2 oz. Whiskeysmith Chocolate flavored whiskey
- ½ oz. Amaretto liqueur
- ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz. Maple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura cocoa bitters
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing tin, including the egg white.
- Shake first, without ice.
- Add ice and shake for an additional 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry, chocolate and orange slice.

- ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Fresh orange juice
- 1 Egg white
- ½ oz. Pomegranate grenadine
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.
- Shake, strain and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
