A sparkling, rum-based punch from the folks at Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canyon Village, AZ.
Ingredients
- ½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz. Bacardi Superior rum
- 1 oz. Orange juice
- 2 oz. Cranberry juice
- 1 oz. Simple syrup
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 2 oz. Mionetto Avantgarde prosecco
- 3 Cranberries 1 Star anise for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (excluding prosecco) in a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake well and pour into a wine glass. Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with cranberries and star anise.
